From Palmdale or Lancaster, proceed north on the Fwy 14. Exit at Rosamond Blvd, going west. Proceed west on Rosamond Blvd to 90th St West, also known as Willow Springs Rd. Turn right (north) on 90th West and go 6 miles to Backus Rd. At Backus Rd, turn left (west) and go 2 miles to 110th West where the paved portion of Backus Rd ends. Proceed west on Backus Rd for 1/2 mile, crossing Aqueduct Rd, to 115th West, a dirt road as well. Turn right (north) on 115W and go 6/10 of a mile to an unnamed dirt road. Stop. Subject parcel is 1/4 mile due west from this point. One caution: after leaving Backus Rd, going north, the quality of dirt roads is not known.
