  From Palmdale or Lancaster, proceed north on the Fwy 14. Proceed past Rosamond and continue north. Exit at Dawn Rd. Turn right (east) on Dawn Rd and to Sierra Hwy. Turn left (north) on Sierra Hwy and go 2.1 miles to Sopp Rd. Turn right (east) on Sopp Rd and go 1/2 mile to Lone Butte Rd. Turn left (north) on Lone Butte and go 2.5 miles to Balboa Ave. At Balboa Ave, turn right (east) and go 7/10 of a mile. Stop. Dirt road is Farlin. Subject parcel is 495 feet due south from this point. Farlin St is a legally created road, but south of Balboa, has not been graded in yet.
