Turn left (west) on Ave E-8 and go 1 mile. After 1 mile, the dirt road
that comes up is 120W. 5 Acres:
turn right (north) on 120W and go 5/8 of a mile. Stop.
You are now at the SE corner of the 5 acre parcel. From this point,
property’s frontage extends 330 to the north along 120W. 2.5
