SEA explanation: the portion of any parcel that falls into a SEA region requires that a Los Angeles County biologist approve the exact location of where a home may be sited as to not harm an endangered plant or animal. Directions to Property-

From the AV Freeway 14, exit at Ave D (Hwy 138). Go west on Ave D for approximately 12.5 miles to 155th St West (see bottom photo). From this point subject parcel is 1 mile due south. As a dirt road, 155th St West “may not” go all the way to the subject. Walking the last 600’ or so may be necessary. OR from the Freeway 14, take Ave D 14 miles to 170th West. At 170W turn left (S) and go 1 mile to Ave E (dirt). At Ave E turn left (E) and go 1.5 miles to base of mountain; you are now on subject parcel.
