Located just west of Palmdale, on Godde Hill Rd over looking the entire Leona Valley. Cross street would be 65th St West, north of Elizabeth Lake Rd. Spectacular views! Three custom homes are already nearby in this area. Elec is overhead on parcel 83. All 3 homes are on well water. Two different sellers. Parcels 82 & 83 are the sold together as are parcels 61 and 80. Parcels 60 and 81 can be purchased separately or together. The best of west Palmdale shopping is only 15 minutes away and the Fwy 14 just 12 minutes. Breathtaking views………...

From the AV Fwy, exit at Palmdale Blvd. Go west on Palmdale Blvd. As you cross 10th St West, Palmdale Blvd becomes Lake Elizabeth Rd. Proceed west on Lake Elizabeth Rd for 4.5 miles to Godde Hill Rd, which has a stop sign. Turn right (N) and go up the hill for about 1 mile, at the bend, on your right, use turn out at the gate to park. When visiting these parcels, I recommend taking photo 2 with you to help line up boundaries.
