St East. Turn left (north) and go 3/4 mile (use odometer) to Ave P-12,
a dirt road. Stop. Ave P-12 may be barely visible, hard to find, use
odometer from Palmdale Blvd. From this point subject parcel’s SE corner
is 3/10 of a mile due west. From this point you may have to walk
