Remarks- |
Interesting investor parcel that could also be a rural home site. Paved frontage on Hwy 138 with elec utility lines across the front of the property. Frontage on Hwy 138 is over 450 feet. Subject is very near San Bernardino County line and the Pinon Hills area. Rural homes located to NE and a few to the SE. Parcel's frontage is at an angle of 45 degrees to remain parallel to Hwy 138. The Freeway 15 is a 20 minute drive to the east. Nearest shopping would be to go east on Hwy 138, then left (E) on Phelan Rd into Phelan, Hesperia, and the Victorville areas. Water source would be well water (needed). Highest
& Best use: ranch, farm homesite / land bank |

Safety and Cautions- |
Anyone inspecting, or walking on the property, off the road, should be aware that rattlesnakes and other desert wild life could be in the area. Be careful and use common sense! | |
Directions to Property- |
Go
east on Pearblossom Hwy (Hwy 138). Go through Littlerock and Pearblossom;
continue east on Hwy 138. At the Victorville cutoff, Hwy 18, bear right
to go SE and stay on Hwy 138. Continue on Hwy 138 for 5.5 miles (approx).
This will put you at or near where Fort Tejon Rd cuts into Hwy 138 on
your right (see below photo). Stop. Subject parcel’s NW corner
is right up against Fort Tejon Rd. Take above map and photos. If you
see 263rd St East on your left, you drove too far east. Turnaround and
go back to Fort Tejon Rd (which now would be on your left). |
