3 miles east to 120th East, and from Palmdale Blvd, south to Pearblossom Hwy, a distance

on 90th St East and proceed 1.5 miles to Ave S. Stop. Subject parcel is on your
right. From Ave S, parcels extend north to Ave R-11, which, from Ave R-12 is a
distance of 330 ft to the north. Maximum 90th St East frontage is 1,646 feet.

OR from Los Angeles: Fwy 405 north to the Fwy 5 to Fwy 14. Proceed north on

Hwy off ramp which goes east. Proceed east on Pearblossom Hwy for 4 + miles.
Then at the major intersection of Pearblossom Hwy and Ave T, go straight ahead
as Pearblossom Hwy changes automatically into Ave T. Proceed east on Ave T
for 3.7 miles to 87 St East. Turn left (north) at 87th St East as it will bend to the
