signalized intersection. Continue due east on Palmdale Blvd to 110th St East.
At 110th East, turn right (south) and go 1?2 mile to Ave R. At Ave R, turn left (east)
and go 1 mile to 120th East. Ave R now becomes a dirt road. Proceed east on Ave R
for for 3/10 of a mile to 123rd East (dirt road). 123rd East will be the 2nd dirt road
on your right. At 123rd East, turn right (south) and go 1/2 mile. Stop. Subject property
is on your right. One Caution: You may have to make the judgment to drive or
walk once Ave R becomes dirt, and again at 123rd St East. If either dirt road is too
soft (soft sand) for your car, you may get stuck.
