Directions to Property: From downtown Palmdale, proceed east on Palmdale Blvd. Once past 40th St East, move to the left lane. As Palmdale Blvd bends to the right, stay in the left lane and get into the left hand turn lane. This will keep you on Palmdale Blvd. Proceed east on Palmdale Blvd for 5.3 miles to 100th St East. At 100th St East, turn left (north) and go 1/2 mile to Ave Q. Ave Q is a dirt road, but you will NOT need a 4 wheel drive to access property. From 100th St East, go 1/2 mile east on Ave Q. Stop.
