Directions to Property: Exit
Fwy 14 at Ave N. Go east on Ave N to 10th St West,
the first traffic light. Turn right (south) on 10th St West and go
1 mile to Ave O.
At Ave O, also with a traffic signal, turn left (east) and go 1 mile
to Division St.
Turn left (north) on Division St, which is paved for about 500 feet.
From the
end of paved Division St, go approx. 100 feet to first dirt road.
Stop. This
dirt road is Ave N-14. You are now at the SE corner of subject property.
