Remarks-
Located north of North Edwards, a bedroom community. Subject parcel is 4.4 miles north of Hwy 58. Parcel is flat and level, no utilities to property.  Paved Claymine Road leads to within 855 feet of parcel. After exiting Hwy 58, subject parcel is 6 minutes away. Boron’s Borax mine is just 4 miles to the SE. Subject parcel is also a section corner. Kern County’s zoning of MVL leaves the "door wide open" for its future use. At this price, this is an interesting speculation.

Buyer to verify the location and access costs of all utilities.

Safety and Cautions-
Anyone inspecting, or walking on the property, off the road, should be aware that rattlesnakes and other desert wild life could be in the area. Be careful and use common sense!

Directions to Property-
North on Hwy 14 to Mojave. Once through Mojave, go east  on Hwy 58 towards Barstow. Continue east on Hwy 58 for 20 miles. Exit Hwy 58 at
Claymine Rd (exit 188). Take Claymine Rd north, going over Hwy 58 after exiting. Continue north on Claymine Rd. After 5 miles, Claymine Rd will begin to bend to the east. When you come out of the bend you will see a dirt road on your right. This dirt road is Joshua Blvd. Take this dirt road for 855 feet. Stop. You are now near the NW corner of subject property.
