REMARKS- Located at the NW corner of Division St and Ave N-8, in the city limits of Palmdale. Subject property is a path of growth industrial parcel, with two utilities- natural gas and sewer. Directions to Property: Exit Fwy 14 at Ave N. Proceed east on Ave N, across 10th St West for 1.25
miles. At Division St, a dirt road with my sign, turn south (right).
As you drive down Division St, you will be able to see the natural gas warning
signs and sewer caps. Proceed on Division St for approximately 1/2
mile. Stop. At or about the 1/2 mile
mark, you will see a dirt road going off to your right. That is Ave
N-8. PIQ is on your right, the NW corner of Division St and Ave N-8.
