REMARKS- Located 10 miles east of Palmdale, in the foothills of Pearblossom,

You are now headed east towards Littlerock and Pearblossom.  Proceed east on Hwy
138 through Littlerock, then on to Pearblossom.  In Pearblossom turn right (south) on
Longview Rd (131st St East).  Proceed south on Longview Road (towards the mountains).
  Turn left (east) on Ave W.  Proceed east on Ave W for approximately 1/2 mile, where
Ave W curves to the SE and becomes Valyermo Road.  Once at the curve, proceed
on Valyermo Road for 6/10 mile.  You are now near the NW corner of subject property.
