Oak Creek Road. Southern Pacific railroad sput is located just south of subject

30 foot easement,
west, out to the western section line, which is a dirt road.
Good quality dirt
roads are easy to traverse and take you right to the property.
A lot of acreage
and zoning for the money. Seller is offering very flexible terms. Topography
is flat; no loss of use due to hills. Contiguous 76.72 acres to the east may also
be available; inquire.
Portland Cement is located to the west. Need a site that
will tolerate a noisy or dirty business? This could be it; it's zoned heavy industrial;
it's isolated and has no residential neighbors.
Cell phones do work from this site
